Welcome to Kittn ("Kittn", "we", "us"), an interactive AI companion service operated by KBL Enterprise LLC. By creating an account or using kittn.ai you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Kittn is strictly for adults 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). By using Kittn you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We may terminate any account we believe belongs to a minor.
Kittn provides conversations with fictional AI-generated characters for entertainment and companionship. The characters are not real people. Messages are generated by software and may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unsuitable; they are not advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise) and should not be relied upon. Do not share sensitive personal information you would not want processed by an automated system.
You agree not to use Kittn to create, request, or solicit: (a) any sexual content involving minors or anyone depicted as a minor; (b) content that sexualizes, threatens, or harms real, identifiable people without consent; (c) content promoting terrorism, human trafficking, or serious violence; (d) unlawful content in your jurisdiction. Attempts to generate child sexual abuse material (CSAM) are blocked, logged, may result in an immediate permanent ban, and may be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.
You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account. One person per account. Do not share, resell, or automate access.
Paid plans are billed as described at checkout and in our Billing & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
The Kittn name, software, characters, and content are owned by KBL Enterprise LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the service. Conversation outputs are provided for your personal use.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose legal or safety risk, with or without notice.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KBL Enterprise LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use means acceptance.
