Filing a notice

If you believe content on Kittn infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at dmca@kittn.ai including:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location.
  4. Your contact information (address, phone, email).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.

Counter-notice & repeat infringers

We may remove material, notify the affected user, and accept counter-notices as provided by the DMCA. Accounts of repeat infringers may be terminated.
