This policy explains what KBL Enterprise LLC collects when you use Kittn and how we handle it.

Information we collect

Account: your email address and a securely hashed password.
Age confirmation: the fact and time you confirmed you are 18+.
Conversations: the messages you send and the AI responses, plus a memory of key details you choose to share, so your companion can stay consistent.
Usage & billing: message counts, subscription status, and payment records (for ACH: bank details are transmitted to our payment processor; we store only limited identifiers such as the last four digits and a processor reference).
Technical: basic log data needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To provide the companion experience and memory, process payments, enforce safety and our Terms, prevent abuse, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate (e.g., our payment processor and hosting/AI infrastructure), and with law enforcement or NCMEC where legally required or to address CSAM and imminent-harm situations.

Retention & deletion

We keep data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from settings; we anonymize or delete associated data except records we must retain for legal, safety, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Security

Passwords are hashed, traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), and access is restricted. No system is perfectly secure.

Your choices

You may access or delete your data by contacting support@kittn.ai or using in-app account deletion. Kittn uses local browser storage to keep you signed in; clearing it logs you out.

Children

Kittn is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
